How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders placed via typically ship within 7-10 business days.

What is your Shipping & Handling Policy?

Orders will be processed & shipped within 7-10 business days. We currently offer standard shipping via USP Ground and USPS. If there is a stocking issue with the manufacture, items can be back-ordered from the factory. If this occurs you will be notified via email of the back-order status.

Please Note: We DO NOT ship items the same day. makes every effort to keep our shipping costs as low as possible.
Therefore, If you provide us with the wrong shipping address and the package is returned to us marked "Refused/Unclaimed" you are responsible for re-shipment costs. Once we receive payment and your revised address we will promptly re-ship your order.

motoBars is responsible for lost/stolen/undeliverable packages.
Please be aware that USP and USPS are third party service providers. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays or mistakes made by these carriers.


All International orders are shipped via USPS International Mail. Shipping can take up to 14-30 business days to arrive (not including any delays in customs). Your order may be subject to import duties, custom tariffs or VAT charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is marked refused/undeliverable, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What types of payments do you accept?

We currently accept payment via PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard.

How can I check the status of my order?

Have an account with us? Log-In here. Scroll to the bottom of the "My User Account" page all and of your orders will be listed under "ORDER MANAGEMENT"

Customers without accounts:
You will need your Order ID # (you can find this on your conformation email) & the email address used when placing the order.

Can I change my order once it had been submitted?

In efforts to serve you better we process accepted orders very quickly. In general, we are unable to change an order once you have received an order confirmation.

However, if you contact us immediately after placing the order, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please call us: 1 (209) 844-9831

If your order has shipped, we regretfully cannot make any changes.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order and it has NOT been shipped, Please call us and we will gladly give you a refund minus a 10% stocking fee. Please call us as soon as possible after your order has been placed because we process and ship orders quickly.

However, if your order has been already shipped, you will need to return it to us. See our RETURN POLICY for more information. 

Return/Exchange Policy

New (unopened) merchandise may be returned or exchanged - no questions asked within 30 days. Opened merchandise may not be returned unless both the packaging and merchandise are in new and resalable condition. Products showing ANY signs of use or missing inner packaging are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable. The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all warranty cards, original box(es), original packaging, and manuals/instructions.

When returning an item, please be sure to include a copy of your invoice and specify if you're looking to return or exchange the item. Customers making an exchange are responsible for return postage & shipping fees associated with new order.

Items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Upon receipt of the unopened and unused goods, we will gladly refund your credit card or PayPal account for the full amount minus shipping charges.

Subject to pre-approval and a 10% re-stocking fee, a refund or store credit will be issued if the returned merchandise is received by motoBars in good condition within 30 days of delivery.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance. Original shipping costs are not refundable except when the return resulted from our error. Used and non-resalable merchandise will not be refunded under any circumstances. Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card,) or as a store credit. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you order an item, then refuse it when delivery is attempted, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return credit. An item is considered "refused" when you do not open the box and the carrier returns the item to us at no cost to you.
